If client prefers us to select a property – We do carry out end to end details – selection of property, doing due diligence, price analysis, assistance in finalisation, property registration with all due diligence and compliances.
We charge 1% of the property purchase value with 18% GST and charges in INR.

- Firstly, we will try to understand your requirement, budget, environmental issues, etc., and form a mental picture of plot or flat and location of your choice to save your time and effort.
- Secondly, we short list a few properties to suit your choice and make a site visit for physical inspection.
- Thirdly, we verify the authenticity of all ownership documentation, marketability, saleability, and finally location feasibility.
- Fourthly, we verify with the concerned authorities for adherence of documentation procedures to establish the property genuineness and sale worthiness. We will recommend legal assistance and necessary fees will be informed and charged to your account at actuals.
Once we complete all formalities and decide on property, we sit across the table for negotiation for finalization. Our process methods will certainly save time and effort, and avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
If client chooses a property - We give due diligence to the property by matching up with various records and advice our client with full report which includes legal opinion, and obligations imposed by law of the property by legal team.
We charge – US$1079 (Flat Fee) + Taxes at actuals.
